Hello and here we are at Perfectly Paranormal episode 118

My name is Anna Schmidt, and I'm here every week to share with you true paranormal encounters and information about devils, demons and dark energy beings that no one else talks about. Today, today, you get the top points to look for in a professionalenergy clearer, where to find them, what questions to ask and how to let your intuitive senses be part of your decision making process. I am going to reference ‘house healing or house healers’ as the energy worker in this episode but energy workers can call themselves many names and have varied skills such as mediums, spirit clearers, house healers or property doctors or cleansers.

8 TIPS FOR WHAT TO LOOK FOR AND WHERE TO START.

1.     If you can, talk to the person in person, over the phone or on a video call. Let your intuition observe and assess their body language, behaviours and the type of language they use. Ask the person about their work ethic… this will throw them off and their response will give you a big hit as to how they work and what they do.

2.     Ask LOTS of questions … have a list ready so you don’t forget anything in the moment– If you get vague irrelevant responses or the person waffles on about how good they are and divert the questions… LEAVE NOW… they are not the person for you.

3.     Most professional house healers will offer a no fee, obligation-free call to discuss the issue and your needs. During this communication, you can intuitively get a feel for the authenticity of the person's energy and knowledge about their work.  Never doubt your intuition. Often, you will ‘know’ if someone is suitable for you and your house clearing needs.

4.     Only employ an energy clearer/ house healer with a good reputation and a proven track record. To find a house clearing specialist, spiritual healer, medium, or spirit clearer, ask for recommendations from people who have used their services. Referrals, I find are the best form of getting someone who can honestly and effectively do the job for you.

5.     Spend time looking at their websites and reading plenty of testimonials to gauge their level of professionalism and suitability for your job. 

6.     Their professional website should provide you with detailed information, such as the person’s experience level, clearing process, a breakdown of the cost, and plenty of testimonials, so you get a complete understanding of how they work.

7.     I once had a prospective client who was still unsure so I asked another previous client if he was happy to talk to the prospective client and this conversation gave the new client added confidence in my skills and outcomes for their home.

8.     If the energy worker tells you, you must pay a huge travel fee for them to be there in person… question this. It is ok to ask for some petrol cost reimbursement… but don’t be ripped off… 

4 TIPS FOR WHERE TO FIND ENERGY WORKERS

1.     Referrals are the best way to get a genuine energy worker. House healing example here, I get many referrals from people who visit their friends and family’s homes where I have conducted energy clearing and they really notice a defined difference in the energy of the people, pets, the building and the space in the building.

2.     Look online at their websites and in social media community groups – read comments and testimonials.

3.     Observe energy clearers at psychic expos and festivals, and get a feel for them and how they work. 

4.     Also, a lot of energy workers like me work long distance or remotely, so watching and listening to YouTube videos and podcasts gives you insight into these people and their work especially videos can give you a strong visual feel for the person and their authenticity. The famous psychics or energy workers you see on TV or online video platforms aren’t the only people who can do the work. I was told once that ‘I was a nobody and what do I know’ simply because I am not ‘well known’. There are a lot of valid, authentic genuine people doing energy work who work away in the background and don’t need the ego-driven limelight to be appreciated.

So, now you have found someone, what do you ask them? There are obvious questions but also some not so obvious questions whose answers will give you more insight into the person and their work style and ethic.

6 TOP TIPS FOR WHAT QUESTIONS TO ASK

1.     What is your specific skill set? Professional energy workers/ clearers usually have a niche speciality where their skills are particularly honed, such as myself working with lower vibrational beings and now magic interference. I can confidently work with clearing the geopathic and technopathic issues, but the paranormal and magic interference areas are where my skills and long term experience are centred.

2.     Ask the price, the fee, or the cost – huge fees don’t mean better quality work and there should be a set fee that you agree upon ( on their website too), so there are no surprises for you at payment time. I receive payment first before starting the clearing work. I think that is a fair ask because I have been burnt many times by people who refused to pay afterwards, ignoring emails and it took on average 3 days to complete the work.

3.     Ask how they work – in person, long distance using photos, some energy workers may work by talking to you on the phone if they are doing a personal energy clearing. All of those work styles are valid. My work style takes anywhere from 6-30 hours and you wouldn’t want me sitting in your home for that time frame AND I find I am less distracted when I work long distance.

4.     IMPORTANT – What do I get from the property clearing? for example… I give people a very detailed written report and marked floorplan/s when I do property clearing. If the energy worker just conveys the information in person or over the phone, clients often don’t remember it all and they can’t reference the information in the future.

5.     “What changes will I notice/ feel/ expect?” – House healers for example should know the ins and outs of their outcomes. I often use client ( no names or locations) wording – what they have told me they feel when the house is energetically clean. Everyone’s senses will pick up different outcomes.

6.     Can I give feedback? The answer should be absolutely… if not, the person is working in ego. I ask for honest feedback, listen openly to their comments and suggestions, and adjust my work practices or communication as needed. I have had people comment on not fully understanding my wording in the reports in the past so I worked on making my written reports more reader friendly.

PLEASE NOTE: if you need paranormal house clearing, don’t call paranormal investigation teams unless they specifically advertise that they work with a medium that can do the clearing work. A paranormal investigation team’s main goal is to prove the existence of paranormal entities and capture evidential proof,  generally, their approaches aren’t relevant to clearing detrimental energy or troublesome spirits or lower vibrational beings from premises. I have talked with many clients who called in paranormal teams to remove problematic energy beings from their homes, only to be disappointed because they didn’t ask the right questions in the first place. 

Something to be aware of too: Professional house healers will sometimes work with paranormal specialists who have extensive experience and a solid understanding of the darker energies. They know how to clear them with the least amount of disruption to you and your home. An experienced paranormal clearer will approach the situation with know-how, and confidence and will be equipped with a variety of tools and techniques that can deal with different types of dark beings and their attachment methods. I sometimes tag team as we call it with other energy workers who don’t really like tackling the paranormal side of energy work.

BE AWARE OF CHARLATANS:  If the deal is too good to be true, or your gut instinct is warning you about the person, honour this feeling and think twice about employing them. Ask to talk to some of their clients if you need reassurance. Charlatans willingly take your money and won’t fix the problem, often worsening the situation and causing clients to distrust every energy worker.  

Charlatans and inexperienced energy clearers can aggravate the energetic circumstances in buildings and people’s energy fields. As I have said in numerous other episodes, dark energy beings don’t suffer fools. They can read the energy worker’s energy within seconds and know your level of experience, intentions and attitude towards the clearing work. They visit your home before the clearing work is due to be done and watch you and how you work. If you annoy them during the job with silly antics, egotistical behaviour or show no respect, they will put you in your place, and you will know it!

Entities and spirits will overstep the boundaries, simply because they can and we are most vulnerable when we are half asleep or in full-blown REM sleep.
