Hello, and here we are at Perfectly Paranormal episode 150

My name is Anna Schmidt, and I'm here every week to share with you true paranormal encounters and information about devils, demons and dark energy beings that no one else talks about. Today, today, you will hear why people often get flu like symptoms after energy work such as reiki, or other personal or home energy clearing work… sounds ominous, but it isn’t really… There are valid reasons & when you hear them, you will understand why.

After doing energy clearing work for a long time, I have noticed consistent episodes of clients reporting illness, specifically tiredness leading into flu-like symptoms after energy clearing work has been done on the land and their homes. And when you think about it, it makes a lot of sense, so let get into it…

 Homes absorb energy, both positive and negative energy – our words, actions, negative reactions, traumatic emotions & mental states, addictions… the list goes on, all leave imprints in and on buildings… the structure of the building, the fittings and contents, the space in the rooms and on the land. When people buy homes, new homes have some imprints on the land and from at the trades people who built the home, but mostly older and historic homes have moderate to massive buildups of that energy which is added to by the dark and demonic entities present because of the detrimental energetic buildup present that is their favourite food source.

 People and buildings marinate in the negativity and this energy can make people sick over time…  I am not a medical doctor or mental health professional but I have observed in myself and clients, the detrimental influence in the way the mind, body and soul functions.
 If you feel better when away from home… that is one of the key indicators of energetic influences affecting you at home.

I will mention… always debunk first that you don’t have gas leakages, black mould or other environmental or personal medical factors causing the illness before assuming it is energetic or a coincidence timed with energy clearing work on your property.

ENERGETIC CLEARING SIGNS AND SYMPTOMS

 I have outlined some of the signs and symptoms the occupants of the home may go through just you get a bit of an idea. Symptoms can be quite variable, from nothing, subtle, to more intense. 

Clearing and rebalancing symptoms may appear as:

·      Physical symptoms such as tiredness, increased periods of alertness, an increase or decrease in appetite or thirst, light-headedness even a mild headache. Some clients report they go through a mild flu or a head cold. 

·      Emotional symptoms such as anxiety or paranoia are possible responses and normal after reading the house clearing report as people have no idea what lurks in their homes energetically. People often feel worried that the entities may come back, and I reassure them that all negative entities and energy have been removed from the home and the land.

So, if this happens to you, what are some of the useful tools you can utilise to assist you after your home energetic clearing:

A home detox is a bit like a personal detox, and you need to take extra care of your body:

·      Eat a regular, healthy diet and drink plenty of water. 

·      Spend as much time as needed (or possible) resting. 

·      Gentle exercise such as walking, yoga, swimming and gardening.

·      Do breathing exercises to relax, calm and centre your mind and body. 

·      Go to bed earlier, as quality sleep will help your body relax and recover.

·      Some clients have told that they feel energised and need to clean, rearrange furniture, bring in more plants or declutter and create new spaces in the home. Embrace the change and do what you feel you need to do to feel good in your home.

What can you expect from a home and property clearing?

·      A lighter, brighter, more positively energised space

·      Better sleep quality as the homes energy is more relaxed

·      Happier pets and better relationships connections within family dynamics.

·      Some clients report that they have new positive opportunities appear out of nowhere in their jobs, relationships, study opportunities, and social life. I put this down to the stagnant energy being removed and fresh energy filling the home space and affecting the occupant’s functioning and energy levels in a positive way. When we are in a good headspace… opportunities arrive.

 I trust my explanation made sense and the outcome for the home and its occupant's is always positive after the 2 week detox period passes.
