Hello, and here we are at Perfectly Paranormal episode 156

My name is Anna Schmidt, and I'm here every week to share with you true paranormal encounters and information about devils, demons and dark energy beings that no one else talks about. Today, today, you will hear do ghosts hold onto their emotions and traumas and does this energy keep them trapped here in the Earth reality? Often people say to me, “there is a Spirit in my house, why won’t it leave!” There can be many reasons which I have discussed in previous episodes, but today we are focussing on emotions.

 So, let’s back track slightly to before people become spirit energy. We as living beings create emotional responses every day - some positive and some negative and this becomes our emotional baggage. Some we work through, some we sweep under the carpet because they are too painful to deal with and that can be the energy we carry with us into spirit form.

GHOST EMOTIONS AND TRAUMA ENERGY

Emotions such as grief, shame, guilt, regret, fear, despair, or sadness, for example, can anchor a spirit to the Earth reality because now they don’t feel they can deal with the emotions because they can’t have the conversations they needed to have when they were alive to ‘clear the air’ with the necessary people. So now they feel trapped in the inbetween place, neither on Earth or in the afterlife.  I can give this opinion because I have helped many many spirits release their emotional baggage and leave this reality to get into the Afterlife waiting room and then get their golden ticket into mass consciousness to be with passed loved ones.

I don’t think spirits have any other way to release their emotional baggage than with those who are still alive or is it their willingness or readiness that is the kicker? I think spirits observe living people and if they like , trust and are willing to feel vulnerable to share their emotional baggage, that gets them the help they need.

Energy sensitive people who do spirit transition work sometimes become the channel for spirit emotions to be released. I seem to do it automatically without choice. I have been setting up to work on a property clearing and suddenly a spirit or group of spirits present themselves eager to go and I get hit with a tsunami wave of sadness, despair, distress type energy and I am sitting at my work table bawling like a baby. In the early days, I would wonder what Am I crying, I don’t feel sad or upset. The emotional energy doesn’t penetrate my energy field but I can still feel it big time. Once I have asked AA Raphael to clear all the identified emotions from my list, away the spirits go happily into the afterlife and I stop blubbering, blow my nose and get on with the property clearing job.

What I have observed over and over again is that it is the sad emotions that come through that are holding spirits back. I haven’t experienced anger, rage or any other types of violent negative emotions. It is always the sad emotions, so do the sad emotions weigh heavier on spirit’s than other emotional energy? I talked about my experiences with transitioning suicide souls back in episode 97, they exhibited the sad emotions along with guilt, regret and resistance to leave Earth as they thought they would go to hell, check out episode 97, If you want to hear the full story . THE DEATH VIBRATION

I wanted to add this here too, about the death vibration. I haven’t found anyone else who talks about death and the dense, heavy vibration it carries. In my opinion, death creates a formidable frequency or vibration, and I will explain how I know this…the moment of death, the intensity of that vibration and the impact of the action causing the death leaves some spirits in an in-between place. 

This is how spirits explain it to me: 

Some spirits say that when they were alive, and they knew they were dying from terminal diseases or they had a serious accident and intuitively knew death was on their doorstep, they were mentally and emotionally prepared for passing from this life, and the death vibration didn’t hold them here in the Earth reality. I wonder if the knowing allowed them to be prepared, tie up loose ends, hug those they needed to, have the difficult conversations to clear the air and go in peace, as they say. 

Other spirits who experience unexpected traumatic deaths inflicted upon them or death by self harming can carry a strong death vibration with unresolved issues that sticks to them holding them here and demonic entities in some cases may attach themselves to those spirits carrying dense death vibrations making it near impossible for the spirits to transition into the afterlife unless the spirits can find an energy worker to help them.

So, in episode I57, Kay in the US has a question: ‘Can I accidentally make a deal with the devil with  my thoughts?
